Ingredients:
2 boiled and peeled eggs
2 slices of whole-grain bread
1 tbsp mustard
Lettuce leaves
Thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
Preparation:
Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
Slice the eggs into rounds and layer them on one slice of bread.
Add lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices on top of the eggs.
Cover with the second slice of bread.
